ACTE Hires Ronald Kosmahl And Kathleen Brannigan

(EMAILWIRE.COM, December 12, 2007 ) Alexandria, Va – To meet the growing demands of its members and to better serve the corporate travel industry at large, the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) Global has added two new members to its international team: Ronald Kosmahl, Director, Global Education & Research, and Kathleen Brannigan, Senior Director, Global Communications.

Prior to joining ACTE, Kosmahl held positions in corporate management for many of the world's top airlines such as Lufthansa, American and Delta in Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich and Washington, D.C., and has worked for more than 18 years in the German and European marketplace.

He also served as an Advisor to the German-American Chamber of Commerce, as well as to several environmental organizations such as Climate Trust.

Kosmahl is a member of the German-American Business Council and the German-American Chamber of Commerce, and has received numerous Sales Achievement and Industry Awards.

He holds a bachelor of arts degree in German Studies and International Relations from Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio, and studied as a DAAD (The German Academic Exchange Service) Scholar at the University of Mainz in Germany. Kosmahl is fluent in German.

Prior to joining ACTE, Brannigan was the Vice President, Public Relations for Greystone Partners LLC., a boutique public relations and advertising agency in New York. While there, she worked on high profile client accounts that included Disney, NASCAR, SYLVANIA and the Jamestown 400th Commemoration Commission.

Brannigan also served as the Associate Director, Corporate Communications for Cotton Incorporated, the marketing arm of the U.S. cotton industry, based in New York City. Her responsibilities included developing and implementing public relations programs for the company's international offices. She also held the position of Senior Editor with Fairchild Publications in Manhattan, where she was responsible for overseeing all editorial aspects of the company's international publications.

From 1993-1996, Brannigan lived in Caracas, Venezuela, and was employed as the Editor of Business Venezuela, an award-winning English language magazine published by the Venezuelan-American Chamber of Commerce. She is fluent in Spanish.

Brannigan is a member of the National Press Club.
