Rob Kardashian Losing Battle Against Hair Loss

(Medical-NewsWire.com, April 06, 2013 ) San Francisco, CA -- Last season on an episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians, Rob Kardashian took action over the thinning hair. But judging by his latest pictures the reality “star” has not been keeping up with his hair loss. The 26-year-old is still displaying what appears to be a receding hairline in recent photos as he left The Ivy restaurant in West Hollywood on Thursday, during a lunch outing.

It appears to be a sensitive issue with the young faux-celeb, but was something Kim teased him about on camera on a particular episode in 2012.

“'It really bugs me that Kim makes these comments like, you're balding,” he admitted. In fact, Rob was so annoyed that he sought out a restoration option, including shampoos and laser combs that were reported to stimulate growth in hair. Neither treatment appears to have worked, however, as he continues to show signs of hair loss.

The former Dancing With The Star contestant is now focusing on weight control after adding on 40lbs in the recent handful of months.

Rob spoke candidly regarding his weight gain, and in an episode of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, he revealed he had packed on the pounds after ending a relationship with Rita Ora. Rob apparently fell into a depression following the breakup, and the weight piled on during his struggles to cope with the situation.

“It's crazy how this whole year, my whole relationship was only negative,' he said on the show. 'All I did was gain f***ing 40 pounds and lose so much money. I'm so insecure. I weigh like 215 pounds. I hate pictures. I hate everything.”

However, Rob has since been detailing his diet plans via his Twitter account, posting photographs of his healthy meals.

“This is what fat boy now has to eat for breakfast today,' he tweeted, along with a picture of his food. 'So much fun! Cardio time!”
