(Medical-NewsWire.com, March 03, 2014 ) Portland, OR -- World-renowned Confidence Coach and social confidence expert Dr. Aziz Gazipura announced last week that he is releasing a new internet radio show focused on shyness. The show will be available for download in the iTunes store, as well as through the show's website. The show is focused on teaching listeners techniques to address shyness and social anxiety in order to increase confidence and lead more fulfilling lives.
Dr. Aziz has revealed in recent interviews that he suffered from shyness and social anxiety for many years before he learned how to overcome these conditions. "I spent many years stuck in shyness and social anxiety. I didn't have many friends, I couldn't speak up in groups, and I certainly couldn't date women or create relationships," states Dr. Aziz. He goes on to state, "That is why I wanted to create this show. I wanted to reach guys out there who believe their stuck and show them there's another way."
The show, which is entitled Shrink For The Shy Guy, is available for free through the show website and the iTunes store. Each episode is approximately 30 minutes and is broken into various segments, including breaking news about social anxiety and expert guest interviews. There is also a segment entitled "Ask The Shrink," in which Dr. Aziz responds to questions from listeners. Each episode ends with an "Action Step," that encouragers listeners to try something new in their lives. "I don't think we change simply by learning something new. I think we have to apply what we learn," states Dr. Aziz. He goes on to say, "that's why I created the Action Steps. I want someone listening to be inspired to try something new. Only by doing something different will he be able to change his future."
The show will address a wide range of topics related to shyness, social anxiety, and social confidence. This includes public speaking, dating and relationships, assertiveness at work, and commanding the salary you deserve. Each episode contains specific information about how social anxiety hinders, as well as practical strategies to increase social confidence.
Episodes will also include interviews with guest experts who provide listeners with more information about social anxiety and social confidence. Upcoming episodes will include interviews with experts in the field, including Dr. Robin Zasio of A&E's hit series Hoarders, and Brad Pendergraft, author of The Entrepreneurial Brain.
