(EMAILWIRE.COM, December 15, 2006 ) Los Angeles, California -- AEG has retained Willy Bietak Productions, known for its major ice skating musical extravaganzas, to line produce the first live tour of Dancing With the Stars, which will kick off a 38 city tour at the I Pay One Center at the Sports Arena in San Diego December 19.Dancing With the Stars production features season two winners Cheryl Burke and Drew Lachey, joined by Joey Lawrence and Edypa Sliwinska, (who are still alive in this season’s competition) and several contestants from season three .The production team for the Stars tour includes Carrie Nann Inaba as director, with Louis Van Amstel associate director and choreographer.
