The Utopian and Euphoan tables with the ABC System works well for both men and women of all body shapes. Massage therapists can adjust the platform on the table top without interrupting the flow of the session allowing for a truly luxurious experience! The platform can also rise above the table to act as a head rest while the client lies on his/her back. If the therapist slides the client further up the table, placing the back of the head in the face rest, the platform raises even farther to lift the upper back.
This position opens up the chest and allows for advanced shoulder work.
Utopian- portable- simply adjust the ABC platform by using the foot pump to add air in the bladder to lift the platform or lower by simply releasing the air with the handy release valve.
Euphorian- stationary- electric levers quietly raise and lower the ABC platform. The electric foot pedal controls the table height. (Lowest is 18in allowance for wheel chair accessibility)
There are future plans to incorporate the ABC system in trauma tables for use with spinal injuries. The lowered position straightens the spine with out having to readjust the patient with bolsters.
