Compton and Sr. Producer Bradley Kain to create and co-produce three new ice skating musical extravaganzas to appear aboard the cruise line's Liberty, Navigator and Explorer of the Seas. All three shows are currently in pre-production, with casting for principals and other top international skating performers to take place in the United States, Europe and Asia. The new Liberty of the Seas ice skating musical spectacular “ENCORE” has been scheduled to premiere April 22, 2007, during the preview cruises of the ship in Southampton, England prior to the Liberty's maiden voyage, to sail the Caribbean out of Miami May 19, 2007. The new Navigator of the Seas ice skating musical spectacular “BLADES” has been scheduled to debut June 2, 2007 sailing out of Southampton, England, to the Mediterranean this summer. The new show will be the second ice skating musical production on the Navigator. It will run with “Ice Dancin',” which debuted on the Navigator cruise in November, 2002.The new Explorer of the Seas ice skating musical spectacular, “Spirit of the Seasons” is scheduled to open August 3, 2007 when the ship moves this year to sail year round from Cape Liberty, NJ to Bermuda and the Caribbean.Current Royal Caribbean/Bietak shipboard productions include Explorer of the Seas - "Planet Ice," Adventure of the Seas - "Cool Art...Hot Ice," Navigator of the Seas - "Ice Dancin'," Mariner of the Seas - "Ice Under the Big Top," Voyager of the Seas - "Ice Odyssey," and Freedom of the Seas - "Freedom-Ice.com."
