To register the day of the auction you will need to fill out the registration form provided to you by our representatives, and show your certified funds. Q: Can I only buy with Land Contract? A: No. You may buy all properties with cash or through our Land Contract program. Q: Where can I get financing? A: Simply call us and request your FREE application for financing from American Equity Partners. Q: What do I need to purchase a property at this auction? A: In order to receive a bidder's card you will need $2500.00 in certified funds. These funds will be applied to your 10% down payment. If your down payment exceeds these funds you will have to pay the remainder in a timely manner. Deposits are not refundable. Q: What happens if my 10% deposit is lower than $2500.00?
