(Medical-NewsWire.com, December 03, 2013 ) Reading, Berkshire -- Local fitness company, Peak XV Fitness, has designed it's new fat loss formula boot camp to help it's clients get in shape after Christmas.
Lead trainer and company director, Chris Hines, says," January is often the busiest time of year in the fitness industry and our boot camp is no different. We know our clients will have gained weight over the holiday period so we developed something special for when they come back in January."
Hines is a veteran of over 15 years in the fitness industry and he's trained celebrities and sports players in his long career. He now whips the local people of Reading into shape and has been doing so for the last three years.
With a regular local client base of over 20 Caversham residents, Hines goes on to say," We will get a lot of new people who join our boot camp in the New Year but I have to make sure our regulars get something new to stimulate their training."
Hines has discovered some new running drills which he learned on a recent trip overseas and also wants to add in some old school strength training work which he thinks his people will really enjoy.
"I want to really help people kick start their New Year by getting in shape fast and effectively and to do this I constantly need to be adding exercises to my toolbox", Hines concludes.
