(Medical-NewsWire.com, January 01, 2014 ) Wandsworth, London -- Peak 15 Bootcamps are starting their much anticipated New Year boot camp workouts in January. They start this Sunday morning on Wandsworth Common.
Head coach at Peak 15 , Steve Hines, says,"With everyone being away over Christmas and New Year we've designed a particularly tough boot camp workout programme to get all of our members back in shape."
Typically January is a time people make New Year's resolutions to lose weight and get fit and many join a gym or fitness boot camp to help them.
Hines goes on to say," January is often our busiest time of year as we get all of our regular people back in but we also get a flood of new people who are riding the wave of motivation that arrives around now".
Along with punishing sessions to get people fit Hines also provides nutritional guidance to help people lose weight. As well as being a hard task master at boot camp Hines is also a certified nutritional therapist and gives his clients advice on their diet.
"It can shock me when our clients come back in and tell me what they've consumed in the past two weeks!" Hines continues.
He puts all members through a rigorous fitness programme involving running, boxing and body weight exercises and as it's all based outdoors it's definitely not for the faint hearted.
The proof really is in the pudding though as Hines claims the average client loses up to half a stone in weight after as little as one month in boot camp. Like they say "No pain, no gain!".
