Naturally, Kaplan also highlighted the importance of protein in the development of children, allowing them to grow at an optimal rate. This means healthy muscle mass, normal body coordination and no issues with neural connection along the nerves.
After discussing the benefits of having protein in the body, the topic regarding the consequences of being deficient of the nutrient was next on the agenda.
