An associate from Drug Rehab Philadelphia comments "This is a very unfortunate incident that sometimes happens to the loved ones of addicts when they try to help him. Staging an intervention for a loved one can be a very intricate process and should be executed safely and effectively. It's important to carefully plan an intervention in order for it to be successful. It is most important to carry out an intervention in a safe manor so no one is harmed during the process. A poorly planned intervention can often worsen the situation. Interventions are definitely a great way to get loved one's help, but there's a certain way to carry it out. Always remember to approach your loved one from a place of concern and care, never try to chastise or condemn them. Your loved one is more willing to be accepting if they feel like you genuinely care about their problem"
