(Medical-NewsWire.com, May 18, 2015 ) Guelph, Ontario -- Health and fitness equipment manufacturer Forged Champion announced today that they are working on a six week bodybuilding program intended to increase the strength and size of muscle fibers. The bodybuilding program will launch along with their workout plans page on their website and will be free for anybody from any country. The program will be in a PDF format which is the standard format for files on the internet as anybody can open them. Adobe Reader is the standard PDF reader used to read PDF files. The workout program will also come with a 2nd PDF file that will contain workout logs to make it easy to track progress throughout the program. Both PDF files are being made to be as printer friendly as possible.
The workout program will cover bodybuilding parameters and give an explanation on the terms used in bodybuilding programs such as supersets and max efforts. The program also will contain information on eating healthy, well balanced meals so that the athlete is able to recover from their workouts and get the most out of the program. The six week program will alternate week to week from using light weights and a high number of repetitions to using heavy weights and a low number of reps. The main goal of this workout plan is to increase the size of the athletes muscle fibers while also improving on limit strength. When finished the program it is recommended the user repeat it once more and/or every once in a while and track progress. For cardio, the program covers basic ways to use aerobic exercise effectively and Forged Champion has recently released a blog post on the best jump rope workout and plan on releasing more workouts in their future blog posts.
Currently there is no release date for the six week bodybuilding program but it is in development and will be announced on social media and the Forged Champion website when it is released.
