"We know that any effective gym class will highlight the importance of warming up and cooling down before and after any game but we would like to take it one step further and make sure that the idea sticks to students," the Wuju Representative said. Wuju Fitness enlisted the help of famous collegiate athletes to demonstrate and to emphasize the importance of doing these before playing any game. "We want the students to hear it from the "experts" so to speak. We thought that instead of doctors, we had to ask for the help of recognizable sports figures from Universities to make it a fun and more exciting event for the students."
After the talk, Wuju Fitness also announced that they brought along 50 ankle braces and 50 knee braces plus some different balls, nets and shuttlecocks for the school. This was received with excitement and clapping from the student audience.
