Lumoback review – to straighten your back posture

(Medical-NewsWire.com, December 17, 2015 ) Lumoback is supposed to correct any inadvertent postures while sitting thus assisting us to correct the spinal posture without going hunchback. Be it USA or UK, Lumoback reviews are pouring from all over. Let's take a look how it works and what does consumers have to say about the product.

What is Lumoback?

So, basically it is a strap that comes with inbuilt sensor and needs to be worn on your lower back that vibrates triggering a message when you are standing or sitting in an uncorrect posture. But besides this, it will also track the sleeping patterns, distance you walked (pedometer) apart from the basic features.

Who needs them?

We all need it at some point of our daily lives. Let's face it..we all tend to slob or slouch ourselves a bit going out of the right spinal posture. For starters it might be quite frustrating with incessant vibrations on the lower backs everytime you slouch but then that's the idea – to get rid of bad posture.

How does it look?

I am not gonna lie here, the Lumoback is definitely not a hit with the chicks. It is probably the least exciting gadget you have ever seen. How does a small flat black bar affixed on a velcro strap sound? Not a good picture, is it?

However, the features as said is quite exciting and those who want to correct posture have given it a try. It also features a USB port for charging with green and red lights for power on/off and orange when you put it on charging mode.

You can wear it day or night even during sleep. And here's the funny part, it is very much comfortable. It adapts easily and you won't feel weird or an extra “something” in your body. You can wear it over/under a shirt and is very much in light weight.

The downside is it works only with an iOS app. Yes, you can pair it with iPhone but there is no android support currently which is a huge let down for android users who are looking for the product.

Lumoback reviews

Lumoback review say that the battery lasts about four days per charge with the sensor absolutely juiced within 90 minutes.

Amazon reviews are quite mixed with a bit on disappointments than benefits. However, there are “almost” equally group that claim that the product works efficiently as prescribed by many chiropractors and medical practitioners as well.

Bottomline, if you can deal with frequent buzzing and genuinely crave to correct the posture, I say go with it. But know that android users might need to wait for a while or probably get a iPhone which is completely a frivolous solution. Better take a hike for 4 miles and get your back up on posture.
