Kegenix Appoints New Chief Science Officer

(Medical-NewsWire.com, February 07, 2016 ) New York, NY -- Most recently Col. (RET) Dallas C. Hack, MD, was the director of the Combat Casualty Care Research Program and the Chair, Joint Program Committee 6 (Combat Casualty Care), U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command, at Fort Detrick, Maryland, where he coordinated leading edge research focused on new techniques and products to save the lives and reduce morbidity of troops injured in the line of duty.

Col. Hack graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine. After a rotating internship in Anesthesiology and a fellowship in Cardiology and Biomathematics, he worked in General Practice and Biomedical Engineering for nine years, serving as Vice President of Engineering for a number of biomedical companies. He entered active duty in September 1987 to accept a position in clinical research at the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases and completed a residency in General Preventive Medicine in 1993. He also has a MPH from Johns Hopkins University, a MSS from the U.S. Army War College, and a CPE from the Certifying Commission in Medical Management.

Through years of research, Kegenix has developed an innovative and unique product that is engineered to effectively supply and create ketones in the body for mitochondrial energy production through a phased delivery process.

Many leading scientists, medical professionals and nutrition experts agree that the ketosis lifestyle is the pinnacle of health and wellbeing. Ketosis is the natural metabolic state where the body burns fat rather than carbohydrates for its primary energy. Ketosis is an advanced metabolic state because burning fat produces 225% more energy for the body than burning carbohydrates. Being in a state of ketosis provides the body with a wealth of other benefits supported by numerous scientific studies.

Kegenix’s multi-patented ketonic powdered blend offers the only product that delivers ketones into the body instantly and sustains ketosis throughout the day. With this patented blend, Kegenix delivers and sustains ketosis in less than sixty minutes through the following three step process.

1. Ketones are immediately absorbed into the bloodstream within one hour after ingesting

2. Liver support for the ketongenic process through ketogenic amino acids and metabolites

3. MCT and RS4 fiber components stimulate the additional production of ketones
