The courses in detail
The English 24-weeks Pre-Medical course conveys knowledge in the fields of
- Biology (Cell Biology, Genetics and Evulotion)
- chemistry (inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry and introduction to biochemistry)
- Physics / Mathematics (mechanics, electricity, light and waves and biophysics)
- Anatomy / physiology (the human body systems)
Through the work in practical labs students can sniff into the daily work of a medical student and get to know the contents and requirements in the medical field.
This course is offered semi-annually from October - March and January / February - July
The 12-week intensive course is recommended to acquire professional competence for European-wide entrance examinations. In addition to natural sciences such as biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics, the course trains students in general knowledge, cognitive skills, social decision-making and logical thinking.
