The Canadian Intellectual Property Office has granted to Generex Canadian Patent No. 2,354,148, a patent titled Aerosol Formulations for Buccal and Pulmonary Application.
GNBTs new patent increases the number of issued patents related to the CompanyÂ’s buccal drug delivery platform technologies to 162. A total of 101 patent applications in the field remain pending.
