Interview Highlights
Mr. Moskowitz discussed many aspects of SpongeTech's recent activities and included discussions of new products including their PuddlePals children's bath product and their new Pet Sponge product line.
The interview also touched on SpongeTech's recent announcement that they will donate 3% of all PuddlePal sales to various Autism Groups and Foundations. PuddlePals is a product which can training aid to help teach Autistic children to be able to bath and take care of themselves.
Mr Moskowitz discussed their new Cable TV advertising program that just started a week ago and it going very well. The program is bringing awareness to SpongeTech in general and is helping with awareness of their stock as we. This new cable TV advertising program comes on the heels of their recent promotions on the QVC shopping network and the company will be back on QVC in April. All together these two programs are boosting direct sales revenues significantly and these are high margin sales.
One of the most interesting parts of the interview with Mr. Moskowitz was our discussions about the company's order backlog, the revenues for the last two fiscal quarters and revenue projections for 2008. SpongeTech Delivery Systems is a production stage company which designs, produces, markets and distributes cleaning products for vehicular use utilizing patented technology relating to sponges containing hydrophilic (liquid absorbing) foam polyurethane matrices. The Company's sponges are specially configured with an outer contact layer and an inner matrix, which is loaded with specially formulated soaps and wax that are released when the sponge is applied to a surface with minimal pressure. The Company's products are currently designed specifically for vehicular cleaning use.
