Jamie joined Elster in 1980 and has held positions in sales management and manufacturing/operations, globally and domestically. He began his career with Elster in Luton, England, quickly advancing to management positions in the UK before transferring to Elster AMCO WaterÂ’s Puerto Rico facility and then its Ocala headquarters in 1999. Allan holds CMS, DMS & IQA qualifications from the University of Luton and has served many terms with ASQ, including serving as local chair.
