(OTC Bulletin Board: ANPG), announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, EnviroSystems, Inc. (ESI) has entered into a Teaming Agreement with Bio-Clean International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BCLE) through its affiliated entity, American Bio-Clean Corporation (ABC).
American Bio-Clean will be the exclusive distributor of EnviroSystems' EnviroTru(R) Disinfectant & Deodorizing Cleaner and EnviroTru 1453 (for aviation applications) to federal government facilities, including military customers world-wide. American Bio-Clean, which is a Certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB), has been fulfilling government contracts for nearly 10 years. ABC has a client base that consists of private corporations and various military branches including: U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U. S. Army, Defense Logistics Agency, and Naval Air Systems Command. Bio-Clean International and its affiliated entities offer non-toxic environmental safe cleaning products and systems including its exclusive, aqueous-based, non-toxic bioremediation fluids and custom parts and weapons washing/cleaning systems.
EnviroTru(R) is a multi-purpose disinfectant, sanitizer and deodorizing cleaner effective against numerous organisms, including MRSA. EnviroTru(R) is registered by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and meets requirements for Toxicity Category IV (minimal effects noted, no precautionary or first aid statements required; no harmful dermal, ocular, inhalation or ingestion effects), which is the lowest toxicity level available on the market today.
