Alexandria, VA – In preparation for the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) Marketplace Conference, to be held June 5-8, 2010 in San Diego, California, NACDS has unveiled newly-developed website features with participants’ productivity in mind.
The new features will make it even easier and quicker for retailers to find sales-boosting products, and for exhibitors to engage with purchasers with buying power. Even before participants set foot in the exhibit exhibit hall, they will have had the opportunity to craft their strategies for a successful meeting with the benefit of more information, and information that is easier to find. Specifically, the enhanced site includes an updated floor plan with a more user-friendly look and feel, easier navigation tools, improved search capabilities, enhanced user-functionality and the ability to view assigned and unassigned exhibition booths.

Currently, registration for the Marketplace Conference is on pace with 2009, even outpacing last yearÂ’s figures in several categories. Exhibitors are up roughly 12 percent from 2009, with close to 300 individual exhibitors - representing over 86,000 square feet - already scheduled to attend and exhibit.
