(EMAILWIRE.COM, June 14, 2010 ) Continuing its efforts to remain the premier provider for rehab therapists seeking occupational therapy, speech language pathology and physical therapy jobs as travelers, AllliedTravelCareers.com is introducing a new website design. The launch of the new website is being coordinated to coincide with the Annual Conference and Exposition of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) to be held in Boston from June 16-19, 2010.
The newly designed website, located at www.alliedtravelcareers.com, has been reconfigured to present a more efficient, productive and informative informative experience for site visitors. “We want to present an experience for visitors seeking travel therapy jobs that respects their time and makes it easy for them to accomplish the goals for their visit,” says Terry McDermott, Vice President of Marketing.
One key enhancement to the website is the addition of an express application to each page of the website. Therapists who are on the website can make a decision to request more information by filling out the simple application which is conveniently and obviously located on the top right hand corner of the website. “Visitors will no longer have to search for an application on the website,” says McDermott. “The application is always available to them.”
In addition to the application upgrade the overall layout has been designed to be more aesthetically pleasing and the content is now more relevant to each respective rehab therapy discipline. Also, navigation has been greatly simplified.
The company purposely decided to launch the new website just prior to the APTA conference in Boston. “We make it a point to participate in key industry trade shows throughout the year,” states Oliver Feakins, President and CEO of Travel Nurse Source, LLC the parent company of AlliedTravelCareers.com. “The APTA is always at the top of the list and we thought it was completely appropriate to launch our new website now. The demand for physical therapists willing to accept travel positions has never been higher and we would like PTs to find great positions through our new website.”
Allied Travel Careers works with a network of travel health care firms by assisting them to identify and recruit qualified rehab therapists seeking travel positions. The number of agencies participating is limited in order to provide the strongest opportunity for participating agencies to place candidates quickly and profitably.
