The BCCPD is a non-profit organization that represents people with all types of disabilities throughout BC. It is an umbrella group whose membership encompasses individuals and groups from the communities of people who use wheelchairs, people with visual or hearing impairments, and people with hidden disabilities, mental health disabilities, learning disabilities and HIV/AIDS.
