Comic-Con is a convention held yearly in San Diego. Originally showcasing only comic books, its now THE EVENT where the biggest comic book based movies are announced.

According to Horn the process starts with "research." This primarily involves following news releases about comic book movies during Comic-Con.
"You then search for what is known as "exact match domains" for the actor/actress of an upcoming movie and the word "workout" (ie robert downey jr workout).
After you have the domain, you build and site and add content about the star and the movie. You then include ads for various weight training and fat loss products and information courses."
FInally, Horn says, "you just need to monitor news about the movie and make sure you keep the site current."
